Not many murderers target preschool age children with experimental medical experiments that cause neurological disorders. Believing his own Horse Crap would protect his immunity after injecting Moderna cocktails for the camera, the once fit Governor Blew-some is curled up like a dying dog in his Sacramento residence according to press releases.
